AvidTrader.com is a web site solely operated by Avid Trader, Inc., and Avid Trader, Inc.'s sole business is the operation of the AvidTrader.com web site.
Paid memberships are not offered on the AvidTrader web site at this time. Information received in the course of subscribing to AvidTrader is not released to a third party, but may be used to promote an advertiser through AvidTrader. It is retained solely for use in our ongoing customer service responsibilities or promotions of our sponsors.
We may provide our services to a third-party advertiser to manage an emailing to registrants, either directly or through an intermediary, but none of the registration information is shared with the third-party advertiser. Each member registrant immediately receives an email confirmation, including notice of their submitted information's inclusion in this list, and instructions if the new registrant would like the submitted information to be removed from this list. All such requests will be honored on a reasonably timely basis.
Information that is requested on behalf of any other third party vendor whose advertisement on the AvidTrader.com web site requires our gathering the customer's information to complete the sale or registration is only released to that specific third party per the customer's or registrant's explicit consent.
